Return/Exchange Policy

bevello proudly stands behind the quality products we offer our customers. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any full price item, we will gladly accept it provided we receive it within 15 calendar days of item shipment date and refund you for the original purchase price and other charges or exchange for another product. All returned products must be unwashed, unused in new condition with tags still attached, along with the original packing list. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you order the incorrect size or color, or we made an error in shipping you an incorrect product, we will waive the related shipping costs.

Important: We cannot accept the return of any item with an indication that it has been used or washed. bevello will not issue store credit or refunds for used items. At this moment, bevello does not assume return shipping costs. Please send your return or exchange to:

Once your package has been received at bevello, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from bevello.
